Despite that agentic workflow orchestration sounds fancy, for the sake of safety, reusing existing workflows (i.e., routing) should always be prioritized over dynamic workflow orchestration.

A suitable use case for agentic orchestration is exploring solution paths (e.g., in the form of tool-use workflows) to solve complicated tasks whose solution paths are not obvious to humans. Afterward, the explored workflows should be validated (in terms of utility + safety) and added to the workflow database for reuse later.

A truly intelligent model must be able to abstract principles from instances in learning data (bottom-up) and apply (i.e., instantiation) learned principles to other applicable situations (top-down). When a model's decisions are made based on principles, adversarial attacks can be largely, if not all, mitigated.
